Join Us for a Half-Day Wellness Retreat: Embrace the Spring Season

We invite you to join us for a rejuvenating half-day wellness retreat designed to help you create a personalized wellness plan for the upcoming Spring. Celebrate the Spring Solstice with us as we take time to renew and relax, setting the intention for new beginnings. This retreat will offer you the opportunity to define your own path to vibrant living.

Throughout the event, we will incorporate yoga, meditation, and guided discussions to help you embrace the energy of Spring and cultivate a fresh wellness practice. A detailed itinerary and further information about the retreat will be emailed to you one week prior to the event.

Wellness Instructor:

Veronica Pomeranz, LPC is a licensed therapist dedicated to facilitating lasting, positive change. She has owned Atlanta Counseling and Wellness, a small group practice in Atlanta, since the early 2000s. With over two decades of experience, Veronica brings deep knowledge, empathy, and understanding to her diverse clients, supporting them through various life transitions. Veronica encourages you to approach this retreat with an open heart and invites you to explore self-compassion and curiosity in defining your personal wellness journey.

Jackie Schuon, Psy.D. is a licensed psychologist with a passion for inspiring people to live their lives and not just exist in them. She has been practicing since 2009 and takes an integrative wellness-based approach that encourages clients to be active participants in their own healing and wellness journeys. Jackie looks forward to guiding you through this experience so that you can feel restored and have a plan to carry those feelings into your daily lives.
